What was going on

A mid-sized logistics or fulfilment business runs a TMS or warehouse system, a CRM or booking tool, billing in finance software, and a set of spreadsheets that actually run the week. Customers ask for status. Operations reconstructs the file. Month-end is a reconciliation project.

The leak
